Our Story
Owner’s Randy and Ariana Benn have enjoyed working in the event business for 4 years as the owner’s of The Margarita Man. Seeing the positive response from customers and other vendors to our famous Frozen Margarita Machines made us realize that people love adding something unique and fun to their events. In our search to offer another product that had the same reaction as our frozen drink machines we stumbled upon The Chocolate Fountain. We knew we had found something special. Offering this service to New England was our next goal.

After a lot of research and trying different products we purchased our first fountain in the beginning of 2005. Our hunch had proved right. People loved The Chocolate Fountain. We promote our fountains at different shows, events & demonstrations. We now own 5 fountains and we never get tired of seeing the many reactions people have to them.

Our Services
We are a full-service fountain company. We can provide dipping items if requested by the facility but for the most part we just deal with the rental of the fountain, chocolate and skewers. We set-up, break-down and attend our fountains. Our professional attendant is responsible for helping guests enjoy the fountain. They help with fountain etiquette and refilling the fountain with more chocolate if needed. We pride ourselves in customer service and guarantee a quiet set-up and breakdown of the fountain during a reception. **We require a sturdy, level table close to an electrical outlet (we bring extension cords just in case) and enough cocktail napkins and plates for the number of guests being served**

Our Chocolate
Rich coverture chocolate high in cocoa butter is the only chocolate we use in our fountains. We have tested several brands of chocolate before arriving to the brand we use now. All chocolate is not the same!!! There are less expensive chocolates available. This chocolate usually requires large amounts of oil. This was unappealing to both us and our customers. We are firm believers in the old saying“You get what you pay for”. We are proud to say that we only use Sephra Belgian Chocolate by Callebaut. This is a world famous recipe formulated to run in Sephra Fountains. Our chocolate is also Kosher certified. It does not require the addition of oil and it tastes amazing. It is available in your choice of Dark, Milk or White.
