Can New England Falls provide the dipping items?
Most reception sites or caterers will prefer to provide the dipping items for you. You can print out our list of suggested dipping items and give it to them. We would be happy to provide the dipping items if needed at a cost of $2.50/pp and up depending on the items selected. You can e-mail us for more details.

What do I need to do to prepare for the fountains arrival?
We will need a sturdy, level table with access to an electrical outlet (we can bring extension cords if needed). You will also need small plates and cocktail napkins.

What items can I dip in the fountain?

Can the fountain be used outdoors?
No it cannot. Bugs & Wind Gusts are not friends of the chocolate fountain.

Can any type of chocolate be used in the fountain?
No, only chocolate purchased directly from New England Falls can be used in the fountain. All packages include this chocolate. It is Coverture chocolate which is high in cocoa butter. We only use Sephra Belgian Chocolate in our fountains.

Does your chocolate require the addition of oil?
No it does not. We use what we feel is the absolute best chocolate on the market for our fountains (Sephra Belgian Chocolate). It does not require the addition of oil.

Can the base of the fountain be decorated?
Yes it can. However, you cannot cover the whole thing. It is still a heating element and gets very warm. We suggest a decorative tulle which allows the basin to breath.

How do I decide which fountain I need?
Our 27” Fountain is perfect up to 125 guests. If you are planning a smaller event this is the fountain you want. Our 34” Fountain is perfect for 75-350 guests. This fountain is definitely a “Show Stopper”. We have many packages available to suit all of your needs. Check out our Rent A Fountain Page for more details.

Will someone help my guests use the fountain?
Yes! All of our packages are full service rentals which means that you and your guests will have assistance with the fountain for a set period of time.
